Returns & Exchanges

At Club L, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are free from makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
